I don't treat hospitality strategy as a separate layer, but as the foundation of how each project is conceived.
For me, strategy is not analytical first — it comes from observation, sensitivity and instinct. It's a way of shaping spaces, experiences and identities so they feel coherent, natural and lasting.
I'm interested in what sits beneath aesthetics: the way a place flows, how it is lived, the emotional rhythm, the operational logic, the relationships between people, space and atmosphere.
I approach projects with both emotional sensitivity and an outsider's eye.
Rather than designing outcomes, I work on what makes them possible — strengthening the underlying structure so the project holds, makes sense, and endures.

I'm Ambre Babzoe.
I work with developers, hoteliers and investors at the moment where a project needs to become clear.
Not to add a layer, but to define what it really is — how it should feel, who it speaks to, and how it holds together.
My role is to bring alignment between positioning, product and perception, so the project makes sense as a whole.
When needed, Studio Babzoe extends this work into furniture and custom pieces — designed and produced to support the direction, from brief to delivery and installation.
